Who we are

NKD Diesel Injectors (Pty) Ltd (“NKD Injectors”), 360 Van Der Hoff Rd, Hermanstad, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For questions or requests, contact any branch through our contact page.

What we collect

When you call or WhatsApp us, we receive your number and whatever you choose to send, such as vehicle details, injector part numbers and photos. We use this only to quote, repair, supply and courier your injectors and to keep job records.

When you tap a Call or WhatsApp button, the website records the page, the button and branch number you chose, the time and a rough device type so we can see which numbers customers use. Your IP address is used briefly to stop repeated or automated taps; it is not stored with the tally.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see how people find the website. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, which last up to two years, and tells Google which pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location and device, and when you tap a call, WhatsApp or email link. It does not receive your phone number or messages. Google may process this outside South Africa. You can block it with your browser’s cookie settings or Google’s opt-out add-on.

Who processes it for us

The website runs on our provider’s server in Finland. Tap alerts are emailed through Resend, whose servers are in Ireland. WhatsApp and your phone network handle your messages and calls under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep job and quote records for as long as we need them for the work, warranty claims and tax records, then delete them. Website tap records hold only the time, button type and branch number, and are deleted after 70 days.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it.
